Wishlist Notification T&C's

Our Concierge Department WhatsApp messages, emails and phone calls are monitored between 10am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you contact us outside of these hours we will either call, WhatsApp or email you back on the next working day. 

Please note the Wishlist notification we have sent you, may have been sent to others. Some items are in very high demand, and therefore the item is not on hold for you. We operate this service on a first come, first served basis, and the item cannot be held without a deposit. The item we have notified you about will be released from the Concierge Department within 24 hours of this notification being sent. 

Want to purchase?

The quickest way to purchase an item we have notified you about, is to reply directly to the WhatsApp notification and we will call you. Or you can call us on 01 612 8080 (Extension Line 2). 

Payment Options?

• To hold an item we require a 30% deposit payment. This amount is fully refundable within 14 days of the payment being taken. 
• We can call you and take payment over the phone.
• We can send you a payment link for you to checkout online. 
• Please note all items are available to pay with our multiple payment plan options. More details here.

Don't worry if you miss out on a particular item, you will be kept on our Wishlist and notified again as soon as another becomes available. 

No longer wish to be contacted?

Don't worry if you want to be removed from the wishlist for a particular item. Simply WhatsApp us on 085 273 8784 and we will action this for you.
