Refund & Exchange Policy For Pre-Order
Please do not expect any item to be in "Brand New" condition unless clearly stated in the products description.
Please note that in all cases, we sell Pre Loved Product, that is by definition, Second Hand Or Used Goods and therefore will invariably show signs of use or may be missing literature, or boxes, dust bags etc that may have been supplied when the product was sold "New". We will endeavor in all descriptions of products to list what is and what is not included, along with a full and concise assessment of condition etc. If you require more in depth photos of an item before purchasing, please reach out to the online team through our social media channels, email or website chat. Please pay particular attention to sizing.

We understand that these pieces are at the elite point of pricing and will be a very considered purchase for our clients. With that said, we promise to be with you personally with one to one service along your journey of purchase with us. For that reason we want to offer you a no risk deposit refund policy. See terms below.
Once your pre-order item arrives to us and has passed evaluation and authentication we will make contact with you via email to let you know it is ready to be viewed or shipped (noting it can only be shipped if fully paid). We offer a full exchange on any pre-order item within 14 days of this day. The item(s) must be in the same condition that it was sold in and returned with our tags still attached and with all items it was supplied with. The exchange can be for another product(s) or may be refunded to a non expiring gift card for future use in store or online.
Once your pre-order item arrives to us and has passed evaluation and authentication we will make contact with you via email to let you know it is ready to be viewed or shipped (noting it can only be shipped if fully paid). We offer a full refund on any pre-order item within 7 days of this day. The item(s) must be in the same condition that it was sold in and returned with our tags still attached and with all items it was supplied with. Agreed refunds will be processed in the same manner in which they were paid and in as swift a time frame as possible.
While we will allow you to pay for a Hermes pre-order item using Store Deposit or Lay Buy, we cannot offer a returns period outside of the above. Due to the high value of these pieces they cannot be refunded or exchanged after the 3 month payment period is complete. Please see above the allocated time frames for refunds and exchanges on pre-order items. It is your responsibility to come and view your item within the allocated time frame.
Designer Exchange Ltd does not refund shipping costs unless the item supplied was either incorrect as per the item ordered, or faulty. Please remember that all of our items are Pre Loved, Second Hand or Used items and not "New". Therefore will invariably show signs of use.
