Operations Manager

Katy started with Designer Exchange in June 2015. Katy has a wealth of retail and online experience, along with a Diploma in Digital Marketing. Before Katy moved into her role as Operations Manager, she was the Online Manager for 6 years. Katy is passionate about creating a seamless, luxurious flow for both staff and customers.

Robert

Sales Assistant

Robert started with Designer Exchange in December 2021. Robert has completed a course in Fashion Design, and soon after started working in Tailoring. Robert is passionate about making his own clothing and sustainability. He has built great relationships with so many of our clients over the years and his knowledge for Hermes in particular is second to none.

Olivia

Sales Assistant

Olivia started with Designer Exchange in June 2022. Olivia is currently studying Fashion Business Management, and has a strong interest in all things fashion especially vintage. Olivia’s natural entrepreneurial side shone through in her interview when speaking about her pre loved Depop page. Olivia is one of the friendly faces that will greet you on our shop floor.

Annie

Sales Assistant

Annie started with Designer Exchange in December 2022. Annie has completed two Masters Degrees, in Fashion Design And Management and Digital Marketing And Business Analytics. Annie has 10 years of experience in luxury retail both in India and Ireland. Annie loves chatting to her customers and making sure our store is always organised and running smoothly.

Raissa

Content Manager

Raissa started with Designer Exchange in September 2022. Raissa moved to Ireland in 2019 from Brazil, where she worked as an Account Manager for an Online Advertising Agency. Since moving to Ireland she has completed her Masters Degree in Marketing. Raissas extensive marketing background makes her an ideal fit for her role as Content Manager here at Designer Exchange. Jessica

Online Assistant

Jessica started with Designer Exchange in December 2022. Jessica moved to Ireland in 2017 from Brazil, where she worked as a Teacher for 12 years. Since moving to Ireland, she has completed a Diploma Degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Jessica plays a vital role in our Online Department where she looks after multiple tasks including photography, social media and customer service.

Kelly

Online Supervisor

Kelly started with Designer Exchange in November 2020. Since moving from her role as Sales Assistant, Kelly joined the Online Team and more recently became Online Supervisor, as she had an ability to balance the organisation of tasks with her friendly management demeanour. Kelly has completed multiple courses in excel, and recently Designer Exchange enrolled Kelly in an Ecommerce Management course with Retail Excellence.

Savana

Buying Assistant

Savana started with Designer Exchange in May 2021. Before Savana joined the Buying Department, she was one of our strongest shop floor Sales Assistants, continuing to go above and beyond for her customers. Savana is also pursuing a career in acting after graduating from The Gaiety School Of Acting. We will always fully support her with this!

Lauren

Buying Assistant

Lauren started with Designer Exchange in October 2019. Lauren has worked within all departments of our business, including with our Online & Store Team. Her most recent and current role is in our Buying & Concierge Department. Lauren has learnt so much about how the business works and always goes out of her way to meet all customer's needs, while currently studying Business & Spanish in college.
