Store Supervisor

Full-time · Permanent (On completion of probation period)

Designer Exchange is Dublin's leading preloved luxury boutique, specialising in luxury handbags and accessories.  As Store Supervisor you will lead the shop floor team, uphold our exceptional client experience standards, and support the day-to-day running of the business at our Exchequer Street location. This is a genuine stepping-stone role, with a structured path to Store Manager for the right candidate.

•      Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver a world-class luxury client experience

•      Open and close the store; manage daily till operations and reconciliations

•      Train new team members on how the business operates and how to communicate this clearly and confidently to clients

•      Ensure the team can answer client questions about how Designer Exchange works accurately and professionally

•      Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards

•      Support stock management and consignment intake in line with company guidelines

•      Act as a key point of escalation for client queries and complaints

•      Deputise for the store manager when required

•      Work closely with all levels of management to assist with mutual development.

•      2+ years experience in a luxury or premium retail environment

•      Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently

•      Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury fashion and accessories

•      Previous supervisory or team-leading experience an advantage

•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•      Knowledge of luxury handbag brands (Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton) desirable
